What is CloseUP?
CloseUP is an app that interprets personality traits in faces and allows the users to learn more about themselves and in interaction with other people.
CloseUP uses knowledge from physiognomy that has been practiced since thousands of years and has its roots in egyptology, chinese medicine and ayurveda.
Physiognomy is a technique that tries to detect numerous features in a face in order to conclude about aptitudes and personality traits of persons. This knowledge was combined with observations from homeopathy, naturopathy and classical medicine and realized in CloseUP with the help of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
How does it work?
This analysis is based on the shape of a face and its different features. For that, numerous pre-determined face dots are linked with each other and e.g. mouth, eyes and nose in that face are put into relation with each other.
First, the face of the respective user has to be scanned with the smartphone camera and uploaded.
Afterwards, a specifically developed algorithm analysis the scanned picture and creates a customized analysis.
This analysis is based on the shape of a face and its different features. For that, numerous pre-determined face dots are linked with each other and e.g. mouth, eyes and nose in that face are put into relation with each other.
The analysis refers to many characteristics that can be attributed to persons based on their face such as e.g. ability to communicate, empathy, assertiveness, creativity etc.
There is the possibility to save the results and retrieve them again at a later point in time.
